∎ Graduate from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning according to 100% capacity utilization considering other parameters.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing & till shipment according to plan.
∎ Coordinate with the merchandising team by monitoring the in-house status of trims-accessories and fabrics.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Prepare production planning and review every day's standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Cost study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational break down to production personnel.
∎ Prepare all monthly production-related reports and submit these to respective departmental heads.
∎ Follow up the production time to time as per planning & update the software regularly.
∎ To make daily production report with all required data & enlighten senior production and marketing & merchandising personnel about the updated production plan.
∎ Maintain excellent co-ordination with the production planning team and other production support teams to ensure quality production & on-time shipment.
∎ Communicate with production head and concerned personnel to develop & design production standards.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management or required for departmental work.
∎ Independent functioning of day to day activities as per the company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 5-7 years with any 100% export oriented knit garments factory.
∎ Good computer literate MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel etc.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Must have typing skill in English and Bengali.
