Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have completed Master's Degree in a relevant field.
∎ Candidates with MBA in addition to Engineering Degree will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be in-charge of operations and administration for a Gas Lighter Manufacturing Factory.
∎ Must have leadership qualities, initiative, and drive and be highly self-motivated.
∎ Candidate must be capable of working independently, must have strong decision-making skills and business acumen.
∎ Candidate must display the capability to supervise activities of employees working under him.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Monitor operational performance and strive to consistently improve the performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes
∎ Candidate should have a commanding and respected presence
∎ Must have strong and sound decision-making skills.
∎ Must be able to maintain calmness under pressure while also being a firm and respected leader.
∎ • Ensure optimum utilization men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes
∎ Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain documents in line with requirements and company policy.
∎ Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule of Mechanical Installations of the Factory and ensure its implementation in due time. Assign and control responsibilities of subordinates discussing with superior.
∎ Prepare spare parts requisition both local & foreign items and send the same to procurement department through proper channel and follow up the requisition status.
∎ Take steps to reduce machines breakdown due to mechanical faults.
∎ Design necessary mechanical diagram for new machine.
∎ Keep liaison between Maintenance and Store department for spare parts and among Maintenance, Production, Quality Assurance and Administration department for maintenance work and Coordinate departmental activities with others.
∎ Discharge ISO related activities as per QSP.
∎ Discuss with superiors regarding important issues related to improvement of systems and operations of the department and seek opinion when needed.
∎ Discharge such other functions as may be assigned to this post from time to time by higher authority.
