∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience in automation & PLC related work will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after the Production floor & Maintenance (Mechanical).
∎ Experience in operating Injection Mold Machine and Mold.
∎ Repair and maintenance machineries and monitor the activities of the mechanical workers.
∎ Continuously follow up activities and take measures to improve quality of production.
∎ Ensure proper implication of spare parts and its quality and report instantly if any problem arise to the Asst. Manager (Production. & Quality)/A.G.M (Production & Main.)/Director (Ops.).
∎ Co-ordinate departmental activities with others.
∎ Improve efficiency of Production related machineries
∎ Plan and monitor preventive maintenance
∎ Diagnose machine problem and find remedy
∎ Responding to machine breakdown
∎ Monitor various machining process (lathe, milling etc)
∎ Maintain machine records
∎ Manage supplies of spare parts
∎ Should have AutoCAD experience
∎ To responsible for setting up new machineries & equipment.
∎ To take different measures for quick trouble shooting of machineries & equipment.
∎ To supervise & control all mechanical staffs.
∎ To ensure occupational safety in relevant places.
∎ To ensure proper functioning of Lifts & Generators.
∎ Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
∎ To ensure maximum consumption of production machineries by proper maintenance (electrical/mechanical) to meet the maximum outcomes.
∎ To maintain all documents related to maintenance services in order and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ To perform all other duties/responsibilities assigned by the management.
