Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Assistant General Manager – Embroidery to lead our embroidery operations with precision and excellence. The ideal candidate must bring proven leadership experience in managing embroidery production within top-tier garment manufacturing units, with direct working experience with global brands like PUMA and Marks & Spencer (M&S). This position requires a sharp business acumen, an eye for detail in embroidery production, and strategic capabilities in cost control and buyer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the end-to-end embroidery operations as the Factory Head.
• Ensure seamless production planning, workflow management, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, safety, and compliance.

Production Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement effective production schedules aligned with buyer requirements.
• Monitor and control production metrics, ensuring optimal efficiency and resource utilization.
• Address production bottlenecks and provide timely solutions.

Buyer and Merchandising Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and merchandising teams.
• Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication for sample approvals, order executions, and issue resolutions.
• Maintain buyer satisfaction through responsiveness and technical competence.

Marketing & Business Development

• Drive business growth through outstanding marketing strategies for embroidery services.
• Build long-term partnerships with new and existing buyers.
• Promote embroidery capabilities in alignment with fashion trends and client demands.

Costing and Financial Efficiency

• Conduct precise cost calculations for embroidery work including thread, labor, machine time, and overheads.
• Perform daily and monthly cost optimization to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with finance and planning teams for budgeting and forecasting.
