Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute
∎ Candidates having a major in HRM will be preferred as an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits;
∎ Provide guidelines on performance appraisal and conduct the annual increment process;
∎ Develop and implement HR Policy & procedure of the organization;
∎ Organize employee training programs as per training need;
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth;
∎ Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same;
∎ Maintaining personnel files and ensure proper maintenance of all employee database in HR software;
∎ Manage employee's grievances and other personnel-related issues;
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience
∎ Should have sound knowledge of General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Must be able to work with (ERP) HRIS Software
