The group is looking for a competent and dynamic professional for the following position:
The Head of Nursing Service will lead, manage, and oversee all nursing functions of the hospital, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for strategic planning, nursing workforce development, clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for all nursing operations at the hospital.
Ensure excellence in nursing care, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.
Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing policies, procedures, and care standards.
Lead nursing workforce planning, recruitment, competency development, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support departments to ensure integrated patient care.
Manage nursing department budgets, staffing, and resource utilization efficiently.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and innovation among nursing staff.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards such as JCI, NABH, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc in Nursing) is required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Hospital/Healthcare Management, or relevant field is preferred.
Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Minimum 10 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proven experience in hospital quality improvement, clinical governance, and accreditation (JCI experience highly preferred).
