Minimum 10 years (At least 5 years in a leadership/ similar position) of relevant experience in reputed Hospitals / Diagnostic Centers/pharmaceutical companies.
Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to the hospital’s growth.
Proven sales experience.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and approach potential referral sources, including general practitioners, specialists, clinics and diagnostic centre’s.
· Develop and execute strategies to drive patient referrals, ensuring monthly/ quarterly/ yearly targets are met.
· Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers and referral sources to present the hospital’s services, highlighting its unique offerings and advanced treatment options.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers and community leaders to foster steady patient referrals.
· Act as a liaison between referral partners and the hospital, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of issues or inquiries.
· Facilitate referral agreements and partnerships with organisation’s or networks that can drive patient flow to the hospital.
· Raise awareness of the hospital’s services, expertise and patient care standards through targeted outreach activities.
· Analyze competitor activities, local healthcare market trends and patient demographics to identify growth opportunities.
· Gather market feedback to understand healthcare providers' needs and concerns and use it to adjust the sales approach.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials supporting sales initiatives and enhancing referral partners' engagement.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions with referral sources, tracking leads, feedback, and follow-up actions in the system.
· Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, leads generated and performance against targets.
· Analyze referral data to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and recommend adjustments for improvement.
· Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, promotions, and outreach strategies.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members involved in outreach activities.
· Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
