Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters Degree in any discipline.
∎ Masters of Business Administration MBA or in marketing is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic marketing, sales & promotional activities plan that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
∎ Preparing Sales information, analysis, and reports to meet deadlines.
∎ Responsible for implementing Market Coverage, Sales Forecasts & Achievement Strategies.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Making weekly sales report and submitting to the head of sales or the management consecutively.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 to 12+ years of relevant experience.
∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): (FMCG sales & Marketing)

Salary:
