  • Experience in managing External, Internal, Government liaison offices & Road transport issues in BD.

Responsibilities & Context:

The External Affairs Assistant General Manager – AGM is responsible for overseeing the daily External, Internal administrative operations of the organization. This role involves managing all operations external activities, ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating all external issues according all administrative support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations. The External Affairs Assistant General Manager – AGM plays a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment with according to maintain Government liaison office relations.

Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative Support, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor management.

  • Ensure the office, hotels environment is well-maintained, safety, security, and conducive to productivity.

  •  Coordinate office, hotel space planning and layout changes as necessary for any external affairs issues.

  • Security Management: Ensure security protocols are established and adhered to within the company premises.

  • Manage relationships with third-party any service providers or any external affairs issues.

  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of security equipment such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.

  • Develop and implement emergency response procedures for security incidents and ensure staff is trained on safety protocols.

Transport and Fleet Management:

  • Oversee the company’s transport services, ensuring efficient scheduling and allocation of vehicles.

  • Manage the maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, insurance policies, and vehicle documentation.

  • Coordinate with drivers to maintain logs, schedules, and monitor fuel usage.

Facilities & Maintenance Management:

  • Oversee building maintenance activities, Fire equipment, Electrical equipment, plumbing, and general repairs.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for facility services, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.

  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas that require attention and ensure the premises are well-maintained.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and safety policies.

  • Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

  • Facilitate communication between staff and management.
