Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the wash team to ensure the product as per company requirements.
∎ To ensure clear understanding of Denim fabric requirement from business counterpart on new fabric development and execute as per SOP.
∎ To provide technical guidance to the Denim fabric mills based on brand requirements.
∎ Follow up and monitor the Denim fabric development schedule and action plan to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Maintain & update the Denim fabric information in fabric database with accuracy and in timely manner.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandisers and fabric mills on sample order booking & delivery according to schedule
∎ Proactively identify any potential risks / issues/ delays and bring to the attention of Fabric Manager & related parties.
∎ Analyze washing processes and provide SOP guideline for laundries to control of Wet/Dry processes for execute on bulk production.
∎ Gauge and track laundry processes on chemicals application, liquor ratio, washer temperature, cycle length, in compliance to was recipe set.
∎ Coordinate with overseas offices to educate and implement the shade band/1st batch procedure to makers and laundries to set preview and scan through submits to ensure matching requirement before submits for approval.
∎ Support communications and facilitate of issues resolution during bulk production with merchandising and quality management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Denim Consumption and construction management as well as denim finishes.
∎ Strong knowledge of denim fabric and its behavior and excellent denim wet and dry processing knowledge.
∎ Strong technical knowledge including Denim Products, Quality and Consumption
∎ Able to work independently and act proactively.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor's Laundry team.
∎ Confident with 'Can do' attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skill
∎ Good analytical mind and problem solving skill
