Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vetting of title/land documents. Follow up with the RM/branches to collect wanting papers and mitigate legal issues.Prepare charge documents (Mortgage, IGPA, LoU, TPA etc.).
∎ Verification of legal and land documentsHandling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates.
∎ To help prepare and draft briefs, aplications, plaints, complaints, motions and other documents as required.
∎ Represent IPDC in legal matters before the external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
∎ Provide management and other employees with effective legal advice on legal issues.
∎ Review all legal documents including Agreements, MoU prepared by 3rd parties.
