Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users across multiple locations. Like; Factory, Head Office
∎ Provide Technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printer solutions
∎ Provide all-encompassing support and monitoring for CCTV cameras
∎ Address and resolve network-related issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
∎ Set up and configure internal software systems to ensure optimal functionality.
∎ Manage attendance device and server-related support, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
∎ Respond to and resolve IT-related complaints via calls and emails, delivering timely solutions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of IT assets inventory, tracking procurement, deployment, and disposal.
∎ Configure and maintain Windows and Linux OS systems across various departments.
∎ End User IT Support:
