Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Engineering/ Chemistry / Applied Chemistry/ Food Science

• Age At least 25 years

·         Conduct quality checks on incoming raw spices, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

·         Maintain accurate QA records, including inspection reports, test results, batch records, and audit documentation.

·         Ensure adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements throughout spice processing and packaging operations.

·         Raw Material & Finished Goods Inspection

·         Monitor critical control points (CCPs), identify deviations, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve overall product quality.

·         Assist in internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, Halal, BRC), ensuring readiness and compliance with certification requirements.

Ensure plant hygiene, personnel cleanliness, and sanitation practices are maintained in line with food safety guidelines.
