Age: Not more than 28 years. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to ride a motorcycle with valid driving license is mandatory. Willingness to travel frequently. Target oriented and energetic.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit project sites, contractors, and developers to promote cement products.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
Collect market information and report to line manager.
Coordinate with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products.
Achieve assigned sales targets under close supervision of the sales manager.
