∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computer Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer Hardware and Networking, Computer skill
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solid knowledge on LAN, MAN, WAN, cabling, sub netting, IP networking.
∎ Basic Knowledge on Router, Switch, Server.
∎ Support PC hardware components, desktop/laptop operating system software and application software.
∎ Network printer configuration, installation, troubleshooting, servicing.
∎ Operating system (Windows, Mac, Windows Server), general & special software installation & troubleshooting.
∎ Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
∎ Must be ready to do give emergency support 24/7 when required by Management.
∎ Perform Shifting duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

∎ Age at most 40 years
