Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in a large Garments Factory / Washing Plant.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing mechanical design, technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems.
∎ Execution of scheduled, routine, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
∎ Must have knowledge about PLC & Automation.
∎ Plan with the Manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raise spare requisition for that.
∎ Assist in identifying appropriate tools and equipment which may improve work method and productivity.
∎ Co-ordinate with vendors regarding repair jobs and instruct them suitable for finalizing the scope.
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machinery and equipment
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow-up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, Prevention maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Control and manage engineering team through regular visit as necessary in order to assess progress, safety and quality and give instruction or advice to engineering supervisors and workers.
∎ Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical/mechanical job.
∎ Effective utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
∎ Coordinate with other maintenance supervisors for smoother execution.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and record keeping.
∎ Excellent knowledge of hydraulic machine, pump & compressor maintenance.
∎ Look after all necessary purchase requisition of mechanical equipment.
∎ Follow sound environment health and safety practices on and off duty.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be practical experienced in relevant field (Mechanical).
∎ Excellent Command in English both of verbal and written.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability.
∎ Should be hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh.
