∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in IPE/ Chemical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement quality control systems.
∎ Ensure AQL asper standard and Mainetti guidelines.
∎ Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals.
∎ Responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality issues.
∎ Respond to customer complaints as soon as possible by investigating the root cause.
∎ Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements.
∎ Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate.
∎ Train others in all aspects of the quality and application of procedures.
∎ Perform root cause analysis of each and every quality problem and corrective action plan.
∎ Provide training to employees on quality control systems and quality assurance procedures..
∎ Regular monitoring of all lab equipment and ensure on time calibration.
∎ Lead regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving build quality.
∎ Monitoring work and activities of all subordinates in his department.
∎ Guide, train and groom up the Quality assurance team for increasing competency.
∎ To perform any other job when assigned by the senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years

∎ Experience in PLASTICS/ POLYMER industry will get preference.
∎ The candidate must be target-oriented and meet the requirement to ensure the prescribed Quality of products.
∎ Excellence in communication & problem solving skills.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
