Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
Able to work with AUTOCAD
Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference
Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Overseeing all type of electrical installation work to ensure quality
Experience in electrical design and drawing, electrical work supervision
Ensure technical specification of lift, substation, generator, firefighting & mechanical ventilation equipment during purchase
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation
