Job Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls promptly and interact politely & professionally
Visit customers quickly if any meter issues arise and resolve them efficiently
Service and calibrate meters using software via computer
Communicate respectfully, greet properly, and patiently explain issues if needed
Maintain communication with dealers, customers & govt. employees and inform the company when necessary
