• Diploma in EEE Engineering (Govt. Polytechnic Institute will get higher priority)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Candidates have customer service experience will be given priority

• Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply

• Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be proficient in using MS Office, MS Excel and other computer applications

• Willingness to work outside Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls promptly and interact politely & professionally

• Visit customers quickly if any meter issues arise and resolve them efficiently

• Service and calibrate meters using software via computer

• Communicate respectfully, greet properly, and patiently explain issues if needed

• Maintain communication with dealers, customers & govt. employees and build & develop strong relationships with them to sell and promote company’s products and services
