Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the total operation is running at full Capacity.
∎ Monitor and control product demands
∎ Responsible to monitor the right quantity of products entering in the warehouse as well as price
∎ Ensure following the given guideline for consistent product quality
∎ Monitoring packaging process and ensuring to reduce product damage due to wrong packaging.
∎ Content monitoring and follow up on sorting and dispatch process
∎ Must have pre plan of daily operations
∎ Provide high level service quality
∎ Ensure Cleanliness of the area and Security
∎ Must be capable of Coordinating with other departments
∎ Must be prepared for upcoming holidays and ensure enough stock for high demands.
∎ Minimize overall wastage and wastage of packaging material
∎ Motivate people to do their duty properly
∎ Must be Pro-Active
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to join from 1 June, 2021.
∎ Reporting time will be: 9 pm
∎ Experience in vegetable supply chain or any kind of retail sales
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
