Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finished woven fabric Inspection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customer complain issue as and when required.
∎ Physically inspection of complain fabric and verifying wet here the complaint is genuine or not. An in case of non-genuine complain...he has to convince he customer.
∎ Technically advise to customer to cut with salvage marker cutting and try to reduce the extra fabric required by customer.
∎ He has to advise customer to for marker cutting so the extra fabric needed is optimized.
∎ All garments complain issue face and discus with customer.
∎ When there is no visit to customer he has to attend the inspection dept.
∎ Making the clear report of all customer visits and prepare the databank.
∎ He will commit anything but not at the time of visit. He will consult Mr. Ashfakur before committing to customer for any help or extra fabric needed to close the complaint.
