Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees the sales funnel.
∎ Streamlines and optimizing the sales process.
∎ Selects, implements, and manages sales automation tools.
∎ Works with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.
∎ Supports the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
∎ Leads a team of sales operations professionals.
∎ Presents reports to corporate executives in order to ensure that the operation is aligned with the strategy.
∎ Ensures that every phase of assigned project(s) proceeds as scheduled.
∎ Makes adjustments to a development plan whenever the current idea is not working well.
