Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the instruction given by AGM / HOD.
∎ To ensure that Dyeing is carried out as per Dyeing Plan / Delivery Date.
∎ To standardize the Dyeing process and Recipe for each fabrication as discussed with AGM / HOD.
∎ Trained/Motivate the Executives, Supervisors and operators to Monitor the process at each stage and follow the dyeing checkpoints to increase the Lab to Bulk RFT and Batch-to-Batch RFT to reduce the rework and increase the productivity with improved Quality and Cost.
∎ Monitor the shift schedule of the department and maintenance of the m/c
∎ Ensure that M/c are not idle and next batch is ready.
∎ Ensure the correct shade matching and fastness property before forwarding the fabric to finishing.
∎ Monitor the floor and check each batch dyeing control sheet to make changes in existing process to improve further.
∎ Follow up the Sedo Master & ERP implementation.
∎ Ensure the safe working, Material Handing, Compliance requirements and a good housekeeping all the time.
