Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the car showroom.
∎ Deliver excellent sales services to maximize productivity leading to customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Attend customer's queries on products, prices, availability, uses, payment, terms and condition.
∎ Maintain showroom sales accounts and inventory.
∎ Periodically update daily sales activity, any suggestions or any complaints from customers.
∎ Prepare summary report (weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly) & report to the Management.
∎ Manage all the employees of showroom effectively & efficiently.
∎ Ensure showroom is kept to company visual standards.
∎ Maintain product knowledge.
∎ Train and develop sales team.
∎ Negotiate deals with customers.
∎ Monitor employee Key Performance Indicators.
∎ Ensure logistical and inventory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Car Showroom Management
∎ Strong leadership quality.
∎ Strong negotiation & managerial skill.
∎ Strong ability to communicate and mix with people.
∎ Hard worker with pleasant and friendly attitude.
∎ Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet).
∎ Minimum 05 years hands on experience as In-charge of a sales outlet of renowned car showroom.
