∎ M.Com/MBA in any discipline from a reputed public/private university with good academic record.
∎ Partly qualified Chartered Secretary from Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) will get higher preference.
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ Organize meetings of Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Annual General Meeting;
∎ Communicating with the Board of Directors, Shareholders and others;
∎ Maintaining statutory books, various certificates and documents of the Company;
∎ Filling all returns to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms as per the Companies Act 1994, Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission, Stock Exchanges and Bangladesh Bank;
∎ To ensure compliance in line with Corporate Governance Guidelines and other relevant rules;
∎ Prepare and publication of the company's Annual Report within the prescribed time limit;
∎ Well conversant with relevant laws as well as other important issues of compliance;
∎ Performing any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ At least 5 years' service experience in any public limited company out of which at least 3 years as an Assistant company secretary in any Banks & NBFIs;
∎ Must be smart, energetic and to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills;
∎ Excellent communication skills, both in English & Bangla.
