∎ Graduation from any discipline. Preferable in business studies.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Established a good Collection system in the branch so that it establishes effective work relations, uses team skills, and shows concern and respect for others
∎ Make a plan for recovery from default client
∎ To follow up the daily listed overdue client over the phone and physically.
∎ Visit client's business, present and permanent residence
∎ Visit guarantors premises and residence when required
∎ Periodically visit Branches regular client
∎ Inform customer's regarding late payment interest
∎ Meeting & counseling the overdue customers
∎ Meeting with the market committee and local influential person
∎ Collect information of the different market and business condition
∎ Communicate with the legal team regarding case filing and other issues
∎ Achieve monthly collection target
∎ Keeping Incremental Provision, NPL & PAR ratio at a minimum level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience in relevant department in Bank or Financial Institution
∎ Excellent interpersonal & Negotiation skill
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should also have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and Collection system.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
