Context:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Chemist to join our adhesive and chemical factory team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform R&D and formulation for the recipe, dosing ratio, quality chemical, chemical consumption, Thinner preparation, etc.

• Capability of chemical mixing as per Recipe, testing, and analyzing the chemical component Reduce dyeing costs by analyzing recipes & properly using chemicals.

• Sound knowledge of Adhesive and ink Test products before, during, and after production

• Conduct various analytical QC testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC requirements and prepare analytical reports.

• Research for developing products, testing procedures, and innovative solutions for products and processes.

• Develop the team to ensure their complete capability for performance testing, data analysis, and application of recipe formulation.

• Accurate documentation of lab results and technical information.

• Oversee all necessary testing is carried out both pre-production and post-production.

• Maintain Chemical consumption register for accountability.

• Should be familiar with the ERP system
