We are looking for a result driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will have to be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. The duties not only limited to motivating sales teams with great customer service but also maintaining the cash counter.

Manage cash counter and daily operation.

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.

Assist, Collaborate with online and office stuffs in order to maintain more smoother experience for the customer.

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service both online and offline customer service.

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)

Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.

Additional store manager duties as needed.

Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

Monitoring inventory levels.
