We are looking for a proactive Assistant Branch Manager to join our team and help elevate our business operations and customer experience.

As the Assistant Branch Manager your core duties include:

• Overseeing day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth functioning.

• Driving sales goals and consistently delivering daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

• Monitoring and maintaining optimum inventory levels to prevent stockouts and maximize sales opportunities.

• Ensuring accurate business reflection through timely and precise reporting of relevant performance data.

• Maintaining top-notch service standards across both our physical store and online platforms.

We are looking for a candidate who brings both technical skill and industry knowledge:

• Proficient in computer basics, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.

• A solid understanding of women’s clothing and current fashion trends.

• 2–3 years of experience in a relevant retail or management role is a significant advantage.
