Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Selection of beneficiaries and formation of cluster-based teams in the selected work areas.
∎ To organize and provide necessary training to the beneficiaries to increase their skills in the production and cultivation of new technologies, high-yielding and high-value crops, and safe vegetables.
∎ To assist in market linkages with the beneficiaries to update them about improved varieties of seeds, fertilizers, and other agricultural inputs.
∎ To provide assistance to farmers in the production and conservation of quality seeds.
∎ To create entrepreneurs in the processing and marketing of agricultural products.
∎ To create a hub for agricultural services and marketing of agricultural products.
∎ To assist the agricultural officer in preparing monthly progress reports of the project.
∎ To keep all registers related to technical matters updated.
∎ To assist in any other work assigned by the supervisor/management.
