Job Context:
∎ GRAUS is going to implement an anticipated six months project named `Integrated response to COVID-19 crisis through healthcare, WASH and protection programs`` with the support of Save the Children International in Lama and Alikadom Upazilas of Bandarban Hill District. GRAUS intends to hire a competent, experienced and qualified Assistant Admin & Finance Officer for this project. The position/ incumbent will be confirmed subject to the donor approval and availability of funding.
∎ Base Office : Bandarban/Lama
∎ Work Place : Bandarban Sadar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining cash book, ledger & related books of accounts.
∎ Preparing financial reports for donor
∎ Checking voucher and ensure timely payments.
∎ Maintaining project assets, store and ensure timely logistic supply.
∎ Assist in ensuring compliance of organization and donor policies and procedures in finance operations system.
∎ Review and assist in event budgets/requisitions and cash disbursement functions in events of the project complying organization policies.
∎ Ensure proper filling of all financial documents and preservation as per organization policy.
∎ Analyze the budget/project expenditure and update Upazila Coordinator and Project Coordinator regularly.
∎ Carry out Admin & Finance Officer all project related instructions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years experiences of working as Accounts / Finance Officer under any private company or NGO.
∎ Knowledge in maintaining cash book, ledger & related books of accounts, preparing financial reports, preparing & checking voucher, maintaining project assets, store and logistic supply is a must. The candidates must have report writing and communication skills in English (writing and speaking), computer proficiency in English and Bengali with MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point. Vast experienced in working Accounts/Finance officer will be considered B.Com qualification.
∎ Hands on report writing and communication skills in English (writing and speaking)
∎ Computer proficiency in English and Bangla with MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Sound experienced in working as Accounts/Finance and Admin officer in any organization.
∎ Working experience with CHT local communities will be considered as suitability of the candidature.
∎ Age will be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
