Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Organize, lead and control the overall activities of the “Sales and Marketing” Department.
∎ Figure out short and long-term sales target for the entire marketing team.
∎ Marketing the Garment Accessories - Button, Sewing Thread, Woven Label, Printing Label, Printing Items, TAG, Screen Print etc.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan for achieving the desired sales target.
∎ Access the market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors as well as closely monitor their (competitors) business.
∎ Focus on business development activities so that, we can maintain continuous improvement of the company.
∎ Build strong customer relationship by responding and communicating to customer’s queries.
∎ Identify area of sales enhancement on the market and execute development strategy to fill the skill gap.
∎ Co-ordinate with production team for ensuring on time delivery of products.
∎ Train and develop sales and marketing team as well as resolve the problems faced by team members.
∎ Perform any other activities as may be required to support the “Sales and Marketing” Department.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Having at least 8 to 10 years experience in Garments Accessories sector will get preference.
∎ Self-motivated team player.
∎ Target oriented and able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Excellent Communication and computer skills.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, Pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
∎ Good analytical, presentation and negotiation skill
Salary:
