∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Adequate knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Internet.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
∎ Good Communication skills with patience and perseverance.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring on-time completion of the assessment cycle.
∎ Inspect customers' financial ability as well as behavioral characteristics.
∎ Regular follow-up & provide Phone calls before his assessment date.
∎ Physically visit the customer's house/Office for better communication.
∎ Ensure the regular EMI collection from the customers.
∎ Collect overdue amounts from the customers.
∎ Visit the customers if any problem arises.
∎ Initiate seize drive if necessary.
∎ Maintain the Overall customer follow-up.
∎ Ensuring on-time completion of the assessment cycle.
