∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing/ Management/ Graduation Degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall marketing and sales of Toiletries, Spicy and Pickle in respective territory.
∎ Create new dealer [distributor and ensure smooth distribution in each & every dealer/distributor point to minimize the waste of time & expenses of the company.
∎ Responsible for achieving individual's monthly/annual sales target.
∎ Develop sales plans and budget to achieve the monthly / annual sales targets.
∎ Plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
∎ Day to day monitoring of sales & collection to achieve monthly target.
∎ Motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organisation.
∎ Manage the sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales team's activities.
∎ Plan periodical visits to the dealers and retailers to develop new dealer & increase sales target.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up the relations and sales.
∎ Any other task assign by management.

∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have 2 years experience in same position
∎ Toiletries, Spicy and pickle products Sales experience will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, FMCS Sales & Marketing
∎ Communication Proficiency.
