Job Context:
∎ Sales and marketing(Field)
∎ Working time -(1.30 PM-10.30 PM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take weekly targets from the Head office and distribute the sales target among SR's under designated area.
∎ Leading the SR team with a positive attitude and.
∎ Ensure collection of daily SR reports and compile the reports - provide one collection & feedback report to Head Office.
∎ Follow up on SR's target - continues to monitor, council and support the SRs to reach the given target.
∎ Daily check the company branding in the retail market and assure full visibility.
∎ Maintain dress code (Company Jersey) and Employee ID.
∎ Recruit SR and ensure placement to vacant markets.
∎ Full time SR backup planning and weekly holiday planning for full time SR.
∎ For any market without SR, Area sales supervisor should personally go to that market and take retail orders via SR app.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bike is mandatory. (Please don't apply if you don't have bike)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic:15000
Commission: 5000-15000 BDT
TA/DA: 5000 BDT
Phone bill: 300 BDT
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
