Job Responsibilities:
∎ New retail accusation.
∎ Improvement of sales effectiveness and find different sales funnel.
∎ Growing basket size of each retail by SR and by market.
∎ Maintain customer relationship .
∎ Train retailers and sales representatives the Deshifarmer sales , benefits, delivery return, refund process & policy
∎ Problem solving of customer
∎ Ensure daily order from al retail and al markets
∎ Reduce return
∎ Explore ways to increase per order
∎ Negotiate and influence for Deshifarmer
∎ Competitive business knowledge
∎ Give continuous feedback market wise and sr wise
∎ Find ways to reduce cost
∎ Every day performance check of SR
∎ Monthly evaluation of SR
∎ Market knowledge about product and pricing
∎ Payment tracking Maintain no due policy .
∎ Regular visit to retailers and identify pattern, demand and problem
∎ Frequent sales review performance against growth and share objective for self and team and make necessary changes to meet and exceed goals and maintain consistency
∎ Daily sales detailing activity
∎ Sales executives mission goal target making and make it done
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motor bike & Android phone
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
