Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct sales calls and visits to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops, and outlets to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Manage distributors and sub-distributors within the assigned area.
∎ Execute Point of Sale Materials (POSM) strategies effectively.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
∎ Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to Sales Force Key Performance Indicators (SFKPIs).
∎ Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, including their benefits and usage.
∎ Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.

∎ • A Master’s degree in business administration will be an added qualification for the post, but not mandatory.

∎ • Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and persuasive speaking abilities as well as effective writing skills.
∎ • Interpersonal Skills - ability to establish and maintain strong relationship and networking skill in expanding contacts.
