Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Paint
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve sales revenue target (volume & value target) & timely collection of outstanding payments
∎ To expand the channel/dealers with tinting machine placements in the identified counters and clusters as per the given target
∎ To sell in the right mix & min targeted value billing to the dealer & ensure 100% range selling to the dealer every month;
∎ To lead & motivate sales officers and SPO's to achieve set targets for a particular area.
∎ To motivate & monitor sales officers and ensure regular business with contractors and dealers by achieving the target.
∎ To ensure right market visibility through regular merchandising
∎ To control and reduce the overdue amount in the market (vs % of sales value) as per the given target
∎ To regularly map & update potential dealer data in own area/clusters. Visiting and maintaining a healthy relationship with all dealers including those who are not working with the Company is essential;
∎ To take a special assignment or project or task and accomplish the same and submit a report as agreed from time to time;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have had experience in dealer management and client handling in a professional way.
∎ Should have the ability to grow and develop business in B2B and B2C environments.
∎ Can set an outstanding example in managing and handling field officers and support staff proficiently.
∎ Target oriented, focused, ambitious but realistic individual.
∎ Promote teamwork and represent Company's interest in all steps.
∎ Hard-working, loyal, inquisitive, and digitally sound individual.
∎ Go getting mindset and respecting company policy, guidelines, norms, and values.
