Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Manikganj, Savar, Narsingdhi, Netrokona, Mymensingh, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Sylhet, Sunamgonj, Hobigonj, Cumilla, Cox`s Bazar, Rangpur Dinjpur, Bogura, Rajshahi, Faridpur, Kustiya, Bagerhat, Gopalganj, Bhola.
Monitoring and supervising sales force in own territory for achieving the target.
Reviewing sales performance and dealer management
Monitoring market trend and competitors’ activities & reporting on time.
Ensuring promotional activities executed properly in the market.
Searching new customers/dealers and develop the market.
Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
Ensuring Product availability, visibility and accessibility.
Leading & developing SO’s according to assign territory.
Any other assignment related to sales and marketing given by the superior
Achieving the assigned area targets through managing the SO’s KPI’s.
