∎ At least 5-year(s) experience as a ASM reputed FMCG Cosmetic, Consumer & Toiletries Industry in BD. Market.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Selling, Sales and distributor management of renowned FMCG Cosmetic, Consumer & Toiletries Industry.
∎ The applicants should have competencies in the following: Result-focus, innovative, on job coaching, Counseling, lead and develop sales team, Innovative.
∎ Effective communication skill and able to manage CRM process in the market.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring and supervising sales force in own territory for achieving the target.
∎ Reviewing sales performance and dealer management
∎ Monitoring market trend and competitors’ activities & reporting on time.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities executed properly in the market.
∎ Searching new customers/dealers and develop the market.
∎ Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
∎ Ensuring Product availability, visibility and accessibility.
∎ Leading & developing SO’s according to assign territory.
∎ Any other assignment related to sales and marketing given by the superior
∎ Achieving the assigned area targets through managing the SO’s KPI’s.
