Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have graduate in Zoology or any biological science/ Bachelor in Agribusiness/Agriculture with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations in reputed university/ institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly & yearly sales target in assigned area
∎ Prepare yearly sales business plan related to yearly, monthly, weekly sales target plan for maximization the profit and ensure the achievement regarding the assign area
∎ Planning capacity building training, AISP training and farmers meeting in Regional Level
∎ Market survey, market analysis, information preparation for market, search market for expansion and sharing of information to the down the level in Regional Level
∎ Planning on container loan distribution and collections. Realization of due loans & help in preparing plan in distributing AI materials and liquid nitrogen to the field in Regional Level
∎ Monitor AISP activities on quality AI service to farmers, farmer register, price claim, AI card using, LN2 use & field movement
∎ Regular sales data online posting and report preparation with accounts checking with central accounts
∎ Applying Innovative marketing idea and sale technique to increasing market share expand market area
∎ Establishment of Business relations among stakeholders, different related Organizations like Government and Non-Government organizations. Maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization. Follow the Government policies
∎ Attend in different seminar, meetings in different organizations, symposium and cognitive development forum and monitoring & supervision of AISP and farmers meeting regarding the planned sale activities in Regional Level
∎ Assist to Livestock Service & Training department to organize HC, VC, Progeny show & film show.
∎ Assisting in pre-selection of Breeding Bull & contract farmers development
∎ Perform task that should be assign by supervisor related to annual business & strategic plan
∎ Do other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in related field will be given preference
∎ Experience in Poultry/ Feed/ Dairy/ Artificial Insemination marketing will be preferred
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Breeding, AI, Dairy production & development
∎ Must have good knowledge accounts, finance and budgeting
∎ Must have excellent analytical ability & knowledge on computer skill
∎ Must have good communication skill both in Bengali and English
∎ Must have ability to build capacity in team members and other stakeholders
∎ Must have motorbike driving license with illegal documents
∎ Must have ability to work in the rural area under pressure
∎ Age is relaxed for experienced candidates.
