Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Handling Distributors or Dealers, sales and Distribution, Team management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly achievement of primary, secondary, and tertiary sales and its growth as desired by management.
∎ Monitor distributors' performance and ROI and provide suggestions to improve business performance.
∎ Ensure proper placement of Akash products in different channels.
∎ Establish, maintain and expand customer base as decided budget.
∎ Set reasonable sales targets for TM/STM in the assigned region.
∎ Monitor team performance and motivate them to reach sales targets.
∎ Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Coach, guide, and train frontlines for learning sales tools and techniques.
∎ Prepare and provide different reports to line manager and management as and when required.
∎ Maintain liaison with the cross-functional team for better products and service to the customers.

∎ Age 30 to 36 years
