Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare segment and product-wise area sales budget.
∎ Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible area.
∎ Ensure the collection of 100% customer due of the area.
∎ Supervise customer appointments in the area as per company policy.
∎ Prepare customer category based on the business prospect. Supervise and drive the Territory officers for intended business results.
∎ Train up sub-ordinates and prepare plans to develop their required skill set.
∎ Efficiently handle field problems and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users.
∎ Execute all field promotional activities effectively and successfully i.e. farmer's meeting, retailer meeting, DAE meeting, etc.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales, collection, and credit reports.
∎ The managerial position is responsible for planning the respective area/regional budget, ensuring budgeted sales achievement, credit recovery, and implementing field promotional activities.
