Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Wanlin Technology products in the assigned area.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring consistent growth across the territory.
∎ Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retailers for the phone accessories segment.
∎ Strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize market penetration.
∎ Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
∎ Provide insights to the management for product and pricing adjustments.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive results.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and motivate the team to achieve targets.
∎ Ensure timely distribution and availability of products across the sales network.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking issues.
∎ Organize and oversee promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns effectively.
∎ Maintain accurate sales records and generate periodic reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Track KPIs and present results during periodic review meetings.
