Knowledge of the mobile accessories industry is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed sales targets in the Chittagong area
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team for maximum performance
Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide guidance and feedback
Support recruitment and training of new sales staff
Reporting & Administration
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and coordinate with marketing/operations
Manage sales operations efficiently to ensure smooth service delivery
