Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline, preferably BBA/ MBA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales related Work;
∎ Create and execute our marketing strategy;
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns;
∎ Deploying of both operational and strategic campaigns;
∎ Market survey/ Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers;
∎ Able to ride Motor Cycle with valid driving License will be treated as added advantage;
∎ Candidates must have experience about Steel & Re-rolling mills / MS rod;
∎ Proficient in English & Bengali language;
∎ Positive professional attitude &self motivated;
∎ Good computer literacy specially in MS Office;
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill,
∎ Passion for innovation & creativity,
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability,
∎ Team work & commitment,
∎ Ensure customers queries, problem & issues;
∎ Ability to handle stress and pressure,
∎ Develop new clients/ dealer.
