Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Graduation (in any discipline)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the Target.
∎ Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customers.
∎ Carryout responsibilities for achieving target & increase market share growth.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/activities.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ Setting the yearly sales target based on regional sales target.
∎ The applicants should have potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader & other colleagues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 04 years(Only Food & Manufacturing Company)
∎ Candidates having experience in FMCG sales will be given preference.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Must have good communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude for extensive tour and Field visits.
∎ Should be proactive, self motivated, well mannered and hard working.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office Applications, internet browsing & social networking.
