Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve the territory target, volume and unit wise.
∎ To monitor the activities of Sales Representatives, Distributors and Dealers.
∎ To monitor overall activities and day to day achievement of Sales Representatives and Distributors.
∎ To prepare and keep updated party list of the territory.
∎ To ensure minimum 80% productivity of the coverage route wise.
∎ To implement the merchandising activities by the Sales officers in the market place.
∎ To train the Representatives for improving their product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ To ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.
∎ To make communication written upward (management) and downward (S.R/ Distributor/Dealer/ Party).
∎ To arrange feedback for the management regarding competitor's activities
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
∎ Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)
∎ Sales, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ In depth Knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
∎ Experience in Consumer Goods sales will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing
∎ Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written forms.
∎ Able to work under pressure maintaining a highly positive attitude with minimum supervision.
∎ Possess leadership qualities, team player, aggressive and result-oriented.
∎ Willing to travel frequently and will be posted anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary: Negotiable
