∎ Reporting to : Divisional Sales Manager (DSM)
∎ Employment Status : Full-time (Transferable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Determine and create demand and ensure sell according to targets.
∎ Overall & always responsible for update thyself area's SKU wise / Distributor wise/SDB wise Stock Register & Report, Daily or Periodically SKU wise/Distributor wise Sales Register & Report, SKU/Distributor wise Damage Register & Report, Market Analysis Report, Regularly collect, ensure & accumulate Actual IMS report of all territory of assigned area, Monthly/Periodically Distributor/Super Distributor/ 'Swanirvor Distributor' Online History Report, Achievement Report of area, All SR's /SO's Movement Register Monitoring, Set up New / Distributor points & geographically area wise Field force Vacancy analysis & filled up with experienced, dedicated & skilled manpower. Regularly monitor Distributor wise Product receiving report against each & every online and Stock Report (Territory wise) of responsible Area.
∎ To Perform & execute KRA e.g. - Sales Team Monitoring & Area Target Achieve, Business & Outlets Development, Market Competitors & Intelligence.
∎ Participate in Monthly Review Meeting.
∎ Sales support with an aggressive and proactive Leading attitude.
∎ Make a sales & marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need and Company's Goal.
∎ Able to identifying target markets & fixing problem in connection with immediate superior.
∎ Must be the target oriented & motivational team leader.
∎ Responsible for achievement of the individual targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
∎ Convince and handle the depot/Distributor/retailer to get orders.
∎ Monitor daily sales and prepare area wise reports on sales variance. Responsible for maintain Daily Order/ Sales/Stock/Online/IMS/Damage Report Collection from subordinates SR & Dealer and give report to Superior/DSM within stipulated time frame.
∎ Attend monthly Divisional sales meeting with team.
∎ Make Close relationship with Distributor/Outlet Retailer/Market Promoter etc.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 Years Sales & Marketing Experienced in Similar Post. Food & Beverage / Fast-moving consumer Goods (FMCG) S &M experienced are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good Command in English.
∎ Pleasant personality & able to perform extensive journey.
∎ Able to drive Motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Good team player, well organized, has initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation.
